Terms of Service
- Bookings: By requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate vehicle information and access.
- Payments: Prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes are calculated by province at checkout.
- Cancellations: Please notify us 24 hours in advance for full flexibility.
- Liability: We operate with care; however, pre-existing damage is excluded.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province.
- Changes: We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

- Eligibility and Service Area: Services are available to individuals aged 18+ within our published service area. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage or unsafe locations.
- Access and Preparation: You must provide parking space, keys if needed, and access to water/power where applicable. Remove personal items prior to service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Scheduling and Delays: Appointment time windows may vary due to traffic or weather. If we are delayed more than 30 minutes, we will notify you and offer to reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge. Within 24 hours, a late-cancellation fee up to 30% of the booking may apply.
- Weather Policy: For mobile services, heavy rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will coordinate a new time at no extra cost.
- Vehicle Condition: Excessive contamination (pet hair, biohazards, mold) not disclosed at booking may incur surcharges or refusal of service for safety reasons.
- Photos and Quality Assurance: We may take before/after photos for quality control and evidence of condition. Non-identifying images may be used for portfolio unless you object in writing before service.
- Payment Methods: We accept major cards and e-transfers. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid balances may accrue interest as permitted by provincial law.
- Warranty and Rework: If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We may offer a rework session to address issues. Normal wear, misuse, or environmental fallout are excluded.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We do not cover indirect or consequential damages.
- Privacy: We collect only necessary information to deliver services and support. Refer to our privacy practices available upon request. We do not sell personal data.
- Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your province within Canada.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Batevuo Detailing.
